How do I order a design with the colours and details I want?

Where relevant, each cookie will have drop down options for you to select what colours and details you want on that specific cookie. The options are endless! If however, you want a custom quote/order just submit a contact form and we will go from there.

Changes to your order

So many options! All so amazing! I understand that deciding on your order is a tough decision as there are so many beautiful options, however if you change your mind once your order has been completed, we may not be able to fulfill your request. Certainly let me know your request, however many considerations need to be taken into account prior to me being able to decide on whether I can accommodate this or not.

Collection details

Please nominate your collection date and we will touch base with you to lock in a collection time. As you can imagine, there are little babies and responsibilities in our lives, but we can come to an arrangement for a time that suits everyone involved. If you fail to collect on your nominated date and time, a re-scheduling fee of $10 will need to be paid prior to collecting your cookies

Refunds

Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances. If details change and/or your event is rescheduled we can hopefully fulfil this request (dependant on existing orders and availability for that date), however this may not always be the case. But on a positive note, my cookies are SUPER yummy, so you and your loved ones will be able to keep them all to yourselves.

Pricing

All of my listed prices are subject to change. Pricing vary and depends on the level of time, detailing and love that goes into the cookie of your choosing.

Posting of Pictures

I love keeping my Instagram and website current and evolving. As such, I reserve the right to photograph your order and showcase it to cookie lovers through my two used platforms. If you do not wish for your cookies to be displayed as they are a surprise for someone who follows my business (for example), please let me know at the time of placing your order.

Colours

We hand mix all of our colours here at Little Cookie Tribe. In addition to this, photo lighting can also affect the way a colour appears in a photo. As such, colours may vary slightly from what you see in the photos, however I try my best to overcome this by specifically listing colours utilized in each photograph depicting the cookie you are selecting.

Minimum quantity

We have a minimum quantity of 6 cookies (excluding our set packs).

The exchange

I do everything I can to keep your cookies looking and tasting amazing while they are lovingly cared for by me. However, once I hand them over to your they become your responsibility. Please follow my cookie care guidelines to keep my cookies looking and tasting great for your upcoming event.
